We take great care to inspect and package our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, should you receive a box containing damaged items, please follow these steps:

  • Include photos of the damaged product(s) in your email. Please note that damaged packaging does not affect the quality of the products inside.

Upon approval, we will guide you through the return process. After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we'll inform you of the return shipping cost to our designated address.
