1- Apply 4-6 drops as part of your PM skincare routine.
2- Gently press into skin until fully absorbed. Start out slow (2-3 times per wk) and increase usage as tolerance builds.

4- How to Recycle: Unscrew dropper, rinse out bottle and recycle in normal household plastic waste.
